Return/Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was received in, i.e. unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


To start a return, you can contact us at support@godzmfg.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 

All GODZ MFG orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

For items not produced by GODZ MFG, restocking fees will vary between 0% and 35%, based on individual brand policy and the distributors that those products are sourced from.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders can be canceled without charge within seven (7) business days of when it was placed, before it is shipped. After seven business days, all canceled orders will incur a 15% fee. Once a product has left our facility it will fall under our terms established in our return policy. A partial or full refund will be issued and the customer will be notified through email.

Warranty

GODZ Manufacturing LLC will warranty all products produced and distributed by GODZ Manufacturing LLC for the LIFETIME of the product. Products will only be warrantied if installed in accordance with GODZ Manufacturing LLC installation guidelines. Any modification to the original product design, functionality, or use, by said customer voids all warranty eligibility. It is the sole discretion of GODZ Manufacturing LLC to determine warranty eligibility. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is effective for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person.

 

GODZ Manufacturing LLC reserves the right to remedy defects in workmanship or materials in one of two ways.

  1. GODZ Manufacturing LLC will issue replacement components to the customer that deems defective or inconsistent with the quality of its brand.
  2. GODZ Manufacturing LLC will elect to issue the customer a full or partial refund for the defects or damages of the product.

 

This warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, scratches, accidents, or products used for racing/competition. This warranty does not cover damage to the finish of powder-coated products. GODZ Manufacturing LLC is not responsible for defects that are not in control of GODZ Manufacturing LLC such as, trail damage, overloading, incorrect assembly, or poor maintenance practices.

REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR THE ISSUANCE OF A REFUND (AS DETERMINED BY GODZ Manufacturing LLC) IS A PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. ANY AND ALL DAMAGE TO A PURCHASER’S VEHICLE, CARGO AND/OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR PROPERTY IS EXCLUDED.
